Product Description
1) During the test, the frame shall be fixed on the testing machine according to the method specified in the standard. The position of the false front fork can be adjusted manually to adapt to the size of the frame;
2) Fix the frame and the false front fork on the loading front axle, fix the rear claw on the rear axle and lock the rear axle fixing block;
3) Fix the adjustable parts to prevent looseness during the test from affecting the test.
4) Set the required test force value and times on the computer.
5) Adjust the maximum allowable deformation of the front fork of the frame. If the deformation is exceeded, the machine alarm will automatically stop the test;
6) Start the test program to start the test. When the test reaches the set number of times or the test piece is damaged, the machine automatically stops the test and retains the test results.

7, Environmental requirements:
1. The room temperature is within the range of 0 ºC~40 ºC;

4. The fluctuation range of power supply voltage shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage;
5. Install correctly on a stable foundation.
8, Operating instructions:
1. Connect 220V AC power supply.
2. Start the computer normally and enter the test software system (see the technical data for the operation method).
3. Turn the emergency stop button clockwise, reset it, and the machine is powered on.
4. Adjust the distance between the front and rear axles according to the distance between the front and rear forks of the test frame, and make the pedal shaft directly above the loading ball joint.
5. Mount the frame according to the standard.
6. Set the test parameters on the computer as required and start the test.

. When overload operation is caused by misoperation, the system will stop automatically
7. Various test data and curves are automatically displayed by the computer system.

10. When the test is no longer conducted, please shut down the computer system normally, and then press the emergency stop button to shut down the machine.
In case of uncontrollable emergencies, press the emergency stop button, and the machine can only be started after the cause of the failure is eliminated.
9, Precautions:
1. Please turn off the power when the machine is not in use.
2. When starting the machine, first turn on the computer, enter the test software system, and then reset the emergency stop key to power on the machine.
3. Please do not overload the force sensor during use.
4. The storage environment should not be wet and the air circulation should be good.
5. It shall be operated or supervised by special personnel to ensure safety.
6. When the machine is moving, do not touch the moving part with your hands to avoid danger.
7. The test frequency cannot be set higher than 5Hz, otherwise the test force value will not be guaranteed.
10, Maintenance items:
1. During maintenance, please do not wipe with water, alcohol or acetone, as this will damage the appearance of the testing machine and all electronic components will also be damaged.
2. Make sure the machine body is clean, and do not place it in a place with high humidity.
3. The coating part of the machine is often cleaned with a clean cloth.
4. Add a little engine oil to all moving parts for lubrication.
