Programmable Control of Ball Joint Rotating Torque

1. Scope of use: test the rotating torque of the ball head.

2. Main functions and machine features:

(1) The integrated design and fast clamping device are adopted for clamping.

(2) High precision torque sensor and touch screen are used to measure and display rotating torque.

(3) The rotation is driven by full servo motor, with silent design.

1) The equipment has torque calibration function, and is equipped with calibration rod and calibration weight.

4, Environmental requirements:

1. The room temperature is within the range of 0 ºC~40 ºC;

2. The relative humidity is not more than 80%;

3. There is no vibration, corrosive medium and strong electromagnetic interference around;

4. The fluctuation range of power supply voltage shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage;

5. Install correctly on a stable foundation.

5, Panel description:

1. Touch screen: display control unit

2. Alarm: the indicator lights up and gives an alarm after reaching a certain number of times or when the workpiece is damaged

3. Emergency stop key: press down the emergency stop, and turn it clockwise to reset the power supply automatically.

6, Operating instructions:

1. Turn on the air supply, turn the emergency stop button clockwise, turn on the power, and the touch screen will display the following picture:

Current torque: display the real-time yaw (rotation) torque value of the ball joint under test

Angle: display the real-time yaw (rotation) angle value of the tested ball head

Current torque: display the maximum deflection (rotation) torque value of the ball joint under test

Start: click to start the test cycle. (The function of foot switch is the same)

Stop: click to stop the current test

Torque reset: click to reset the current real-time yaw (rotation) torque value to zero

Count reset: click to reset the current real-time yaw (rotation) times to zero



5 Touch the touch screen, click "Setting Menu", and the following screen will be displayed:

Upper torque limit: set the maximum yaw (rotation) test torque value

Rotation angle: set the yaw (rotation) test angle value

Maximum torque recording delay: the time value for recording torque can be set, starting from startup

6 Touch the touch screen, click "Manual Menu", and the following screen will be displayed:

The required actions can be realized according to the meaning of the words. The four buttons "pressing, clamping, forward rotation and reverse rotation" are inching.

The angle gauge is used to check the angle, and the accuracy of the angle is changed through the correction coefficient.

7, Precautions:

1. Please turn off the power when the machine is not in use.

2. Be careful not to drop water into the electric cabinet when adding water. Wipe the water spilled on the console in time.

3. Please do not move the components inside the box. Because electronic parts and circuit boards are very sensitive to static electricity, dust, etc., they may be damaged due to the charge on your body.

4. The storage environment should not be wet and the air circulation should be good.

5. After the test, if the equipment is not used for a long time, clean the water in the equipment water tank.

6. It shall be operated or supervised by special personnel to ensure safety.

7. When the machine is moving, do not touch the moving part with your hands to avoid danger.

8. Operate according to the operating procedures to avoid loss caused by misoperation.

8, Maintenance items:

1. During maintenance, please do not wipe with water, alcohol or acetone, as this will damage the appearance of the testing machine and all electronic components will also be damaged.

2. Make sure the machine body is clean, and do not place it in a place with high humidity.

3. The coating part of the machine is often cleaned with a clean cloth.

4. Add a little engine oil to all moving parts for lubrication.

5. Do not touch the panel keys with dust and water.

6. When the water drops into the equipment during the test, please wipe it in time.



9, Quality assurance:

1. Quality assurance matters:

The tester shall be free of charge for one year from the date of delivery (consumables are not included in the free scope).

2. In the following cases, although within the valid warranty period, the technology or material fees may also be charged:

·Damaged by natural disasters.

·Failure due to user's fault or operation error.

·Damage caused by failure to use the power supply voltage as specified.

·Dismantle and repair by yourself, even damage it.

·Lend it to others for use so that it breaks down.

·Self modification or even failure.
