4, Inspection requirements:
1) Assemble the outer tube and inner tube (if equipped) and inflate them to 90% of the maximum inflation pressure;
2) Install the wheel to ensure that it can rotate freely around the axle and move freely in the vertical direction;
3) The wheel assembly is mounted on a roller with horizontal metal blocks of the same shape.
4) The radial load applied to the wheel/tire assembly is 640N.
5) The roller axis and wheel axis should be on the same vertical plane.
6) The diameter of the roller is 500mm-1000mm, the width of the obstacle block is 50mm ± 2.5mm, the thickness is 10mm ± 0.25mm, and the half thickness is chamfered at 45 degrees. For adjacent blocks, the distance between the centerline and the circumference of the drum shall not be less than 400mm.
7) Drive the roller at the surface linear speed of 25Km/h (± 10%) for 750000 times.
8) After the test, any part of the tire shall be free from breakage, peeling or visible cracks, and there shall be no tire leakage caused by the damage of the outer tube or inner tube (if equipped), and the undamaged tire shall be kept on the rim.

4, Environmental requirements
1. Room temperature: 0 ºC~40 ºC;
2. The relative humidity is not more than 80%;
3. There is no vibration, corrosive medium and strong electromagnetic interference around;
4. The fluctuation range of power supply voltage shall not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage;
5. Correctly installed on a stable foundation. After the equipment is positioned in the factory, the customer needs to reposition the level and adjust the anchor bolts
5, Daily precautions
1. Please turn off the power when the machine is not in use.
2. When starting up, first reset the emergency stop button, power on the machine, and then turn on the computer to enter the software test system
3. The storage environment shall not be wet and the air circulation shall be good.
4. It shall be operated or supervised by special personnel to ensure safety.
5. When the machine is moving, do not touch the moving part with your hands to avoid danger.
6. The test speed cannot be set higher than the upper limit of the equipment speed, otherwise the test stability will not be guaranteed.
6, Maintenance items
1. During maintenance, please do not use water, alcohol or acetone to wipe, as this will damage the appearance of the tester and all electronic components will also be damaged.
2. Make sure the machine body is clean, and do not place it in a place with high humidity.
3. The coating part of the machine is often cleaned with a clean cloth.
4. Add a little engine oil to all moving parts (shafts, guide rails, parts that are often disassembled) for lubrication.
7, Quality assurance
1. Quality assurance matters:
The tester shall be free of charge for one year from the date of delivery (consumables are not included in the free scope)
2. In the following cases, although within the valid warranty period, the technology or material fees may also be charged:
·Damaged by natural disasters.
·Failure due to user's fault or operation error.
·Damage caused by failure to use the power supply voltage as specified.
·Dismantle and repair by yourself, even damage it.
·Lend it to others for use so that it breaks down.
·Self modification or even failure.
·Failure due to careless transfer or transportation.
8, Equipment installation and operation instructions:
1. Turn up the emergency stop switch, as shown in the following picture:
2. Loosen the 8 screws on the left and right, adjust the distance between the dummy forks to the same distance as that of the piece to be tested, and then lock the screws
3. Clamp the test piece into the fork leg groove and lock it with screws
4. Adjust the swing arm lifting handwheel so that the swing arm is parallel to the plane of the machine table
5. Lock the fixing bolts, as shown in the figure below
6. Unfold the microswitch and place it on both sides of the bottom of the left and right weights, with a distance of about 10-30mm, as shown in the figure:
7. After the test piece is installed, enter the software operation interface:
Starting method of running yaw fatigue test
1. Required test time and impact times
2. Remove the following fixing fixtures, and the center swing arm can swing freely
3. Adjust the speed regulator, click to start the test, and then the roller starts to rotate (the running speed needs to be tested by the customer)
4. Enter the test yaw frequency, about 15 times/min, and click Start yaw
5. Click Load, the cylinder places the test piece on the roller, and the test starts
9, Protection, relevant fault handling and safety protection points
1. During the test, if the microswitch is touched, the system will stop automatically, and the contact part of the microswitch can be placed at the original position to enter the test normally
2. If the roller does not rotate, click Start and there is no response. Please check whether the emergency stop switch is turned and whether the microswitch is touched
3. At the beginning of the test, please check whether the relevant fasteners and bolts are locked in place. During the test, if the test piece is damaged and the machine is not stopped, please turn off the emergency stop switch
4. Do not open the door when the machine is running
