1. Test scope: This machine is used to simulate the impact of the frame and front fork to a certain extent when the front wheel of the vehicle leaves the ground, is impacted or encounters vibration when riding, and to evaluate the impact resistance of the frame and front fork

2. Test principle: according to ISO 4210 GB 3565, GB 17761 and other standards

3. Test method:

Drop weight test:

1) Install the frame/front fork assembly on the dummy rear axle of the equipment

2) Install a roller made according to the standard on the front fork, with the mass less than or equal to 1Kg

3) Adjust the weight of the impact hammer to 22.5kg

4) Set the impact height of 360mm and impact times on the touch screen (the equipment can be set by itself)

5) After the test, check the assembly or front fork for cracks and deformation, and judge whether it is qualified according to the standard

Drop test:

1) Select a suitable axle to fix the light roller with a mass less than or equal to 1Kg on the front fork, and fix the rear fork of the frame on the test bench

2) The bolt will fix the supporting plate, adjust the hand wheel above the steel anvil and the front and rear positions of the steel anvil so that the center of the roller is just the position to be raised (adjust the front and rear positions of the steel anvil so that the center of the roller is directly above it)

3) Fix the weight of standard weight on the saddle pipe according to the standard

4) Pull out the pin quickly, and the assembly will impact the steel anvil in free fall motion to complete the first test; Repeat the second test

5) After the test, check the assembly for cracks and deformation, and judge whether it is qualified according to the standard

4. Install correctly on a stable foundation.

7, Operating instructions:

1. Plug the plug of the machine into the three hole power socket with 220V voltage and connect the air source.

2. Turn the emergency stop button clockwise, the machine is powered on, and the touch screen displays the following picture:

3. Touch the touch screen and click the "Enter Main Menu" button to display the following screen:

4. According to the test requirements, place the frame/front fork assembly or front fork test piece to be tested on the fixed fixture, and adjust the front and rear positions of the fixed plate on the T-shaped plate so that the impact head is directly above the impacted wheel.

5. Touch "Heavy object falling test" to enter the test menu, and the following screen will be displayed:



Set the height required for testing in the impact height in parameter setting. The normal impact height is 360mm. Click "Start", and the impact hammer will automatically drop. (The program will automatically control without manual intervention).

The program will automatically take this position as the zero point of the impact height.

After reaching zero point, the program will control the electromagnet to engage the impact hammer, and then automatically rise to the set impact height. The program stops.

At this time, pull out the safety pin.

Click "Electromagnet release" again, then the buzzer on the control panel will give an alarm, and the program will automatically execute the impact after delaying 3 seconds

In this process, click to stop the test, and the traction motor will stop running.
8, Precautions:

1. Mechanical installation instructions:

1) During the weight drop test, the center of the roller installed on the front fork and the center of the rear axle of the frame and the impact hammer shall be kept in the same line.

2) During the drop test, the rear axle of the frame shall rotate flexibly.

2. Personnel shall not leave during operation.

3. Please do not let your hands and other body parts close to or touch the rotating parts during the test to avoid danger.

4. Please do not move the components inside the box. Because electronic parts and circuit boards are very sensitive to static electricity, dust, etc., they may be damaged due to the charge on your body.

5. The storage environment should not be wet and the air circulation should be good.

6. It shall be operated or supervised by special personnel to ensure safety.

9, Maintenance items:

1. During maintenance, please do not wipe with water, alcohol or acetone, as this will damage the appearance of the testing machine and all electronic components will also be damaged.

2. Make sure that the machine body is clean, and do not place it in a high humidity place, so that the accuracy will not be damaged.

3. The coating part of the machine is often cleaned with a clean cloth.

4. Add a little engine oil to all moving parts for lubrication.

5. Do not touch the panel keys with dust and water.
