8, Operating instructions:
1. Connect 220V AC power supply.
2. Start the computer normally and enter the test software system (see the technical data for the operation method).
3. Turn the emergency stop button clockwise, reset it, and the machine is powered on.
4. Install the whole vehicle according to the method specified in the standard.
5. Set the test parameters on the computer as required and start the test.

9, Precautions:
1. Please turn off the power when the machine is not in use.
2. When starting the machine, first turn on the computer, enter the test software system, and then reset the emergency stop key to power on the machine.
3. Please do not overload the force sensor during use.
4. The storage environment should not be wet and the air circulation should be good.
5. It shall be operated or supervised by special personnel to ensure safety.
6. When the machine is moving, do not touch the moving part with your hands to avoid danger.
7. The test frequency cannot be set higher than 5Hz, otherwise the test force value will not be guaranteed.
10, Maintenance items:

13, Troubleshooting
1. Fault phenomenon: the cylinder cannot operate.
Solution: (1) Manually pull the cylinder to see if it can move.
(2) Check the air source to ensure that the pressure of compressed air entering the cylinder is large enough.
(3) For solenoid valve inspection, first measure whether the solenoid valve power supply voltage is 24VDC and whether the plug is firmly inserted. The solenoid valve can be checked manually to see if there is an energized switching sound.
(4) On the monitoring screen, manually control the cylinder, and the voltage of the corresponding solenoid valve should be 24 VDC, which can be measured with a multimeter. Generally, there is no voltage or the valve itself is damaged.
2 The sensor on the monitoring screen has no force value or obvious force value error.
Solution: (1) Recalibrate and pay attention to the installation direction.
